My name is Carleigh Tully – Midwest born, now living in Charleston, SC with my husband and two pups. I graduated from Auburn University with a degree in animal science, and I’ve always had a deep love for all creatures great and small. I’m an avid equestrian and grew up competing across the country in three-day eventing, an equine triathlon. After pursuing a career in canine rehabilitation and working in the veterinary world in various capacities, I decided to merge my love for animals with another lifelong passion, travel.
Whether you’re dreaming of seeing the Great Migration in Africa, tracking gorillas in Rwanda, snorkeling with sea turtles in the Galapagos, or simply getting up close to North American wildlife like bears, wolves, and moose, I’m your passport to seamless adventures.
Most Memorable Travel Experience: Taking a seaplane over glaciers and landing at Alaska's famous and remote, Taku Glacier Lodge. Upon landing, we enjoyed a fresh Alaskan salmon feast while the curious Black Bears enjoyed our scraps.
Travel Tip: Connect with locals: One of the best ways to experience a destination is to connect with the people who live there. Talk to locals or take a walking food tour with a local guide. This will give you a unique perspective on the place and allow you to learn about their way of life.
How Do You Define Luxury Travel? Authentic and Transformative: Luxury travel aims to create lasting memories and transformative experiences. It's not just about relaxation, but also about immersion in a destination's culture, learning new things, and pushing your boundaries.
